Well, it would be my worst nightmare to be called as a witness to a crime. I'm sure I couldn't give a very useful description*.* Actually, I know from experience that I couldn't. About ten years ago, two guys decided to try to mug a friend of mine on the top deck of a double-decker bus. When they started getting violent, I kicked one of them hard in the balls, pushed him into his friend, and then shoved them both down the stairs. My friend insisted on reporting it to the police, and when a policeman came round to take a statement from me, I had to admit that I had no idea what they looked like, beyond their both being white and one of them being fatter than the other. |
