I would hazard that the gun was stolen when Davis used it for whatever he used it for previously. LOL @ "whatever he used it for previously". Maybe he thought it was a cigarette lighter and threw it out when he found out it was real. Yes guns are stolen. But the same gun that killed the cop was used to shoot an African-American party goer the same night. |
