You are seriously wonderful at having an inteligant disscusion go right over your head.you need to learn hw to disuss the contitution before you argue merits. You've been waving amendment one in our faces, get called out on it, and start waving 14. Even though using your interptiation of 14, it still does not do what you want it to do unless the courts interptiate it that way, and they, last time I checked, have no problem with a private museum dispalying anything anywhere. 14 is applied case by case section by section. the first amendment wasn't applied to the states until 1923 in Gitlow v. New York. I have a BA in politcal science. I can shoot holes in poltical arguments all day. |
