For these people are poor not because of disenfranchisement from the market; they are poor because they have little to offer the market, because of their low IQ's, low contentiousness, and other less than marketable traits.I don't think that's true, everyday people with the characteristics you describe "wake up" & try to change their lives to get out of the situations they're in & sometimes even advance to respectable positions in the corporate world. |
