I think that on a nationwide basis, not just NY, the suburbs are being overwhelmed by demographic changes and far higher crime rates than anyone ever imagined as a result of the changes.Newburgh, NY. Brentwood. Hempstead/Roosevelt/Uniondale. In the south, places like Lakeland follow the same pattern. |
