Well yeah, Tampa has seen a huge increase in Hispanic population in the last 20 years. Same with Orlando. 1,000% Hispanic population increase will do that.False. NYC has seen just as big an increase in the Hispanic population and crime has plummeted. Same in LA. It's the difference between First World places likethe Northeeast and the Third World that is the South. |
