I live in what's deemed to be a great area, but it's a 52 year old 1800 sq ft home sitting on a 60 X 100 plot*. I'd imagine that in other areas of the country, that's considered to be old housing stock for a "starter home" or "lower class family".On Long Island an area with 60X100 lots would be considered a lower middle class or more likely a lower income area. That's small for Long Island, and is usually only in the sprawl areas. |
