You are probably right about the inner-cities becoming the most desirable. It's largely because middle class whites don't want kids while minorities, immigrants, and the upper class reproduce.Forgot to add, this is why whites are buying 1BR's in LIC and Williamsburg while minorities are going to the burbs. When you have kids you tend to want a home instead of an apartment. When you don't have kids, a 1BR in LIC is ideal. |
