This relates directly to the thread just a few days ago where I accurately pointed out that the only thing that can make gentrification(liberal whites) possible is for blacks to leave because white liberals won't live around them for the most part.I know that LA's burbs are dying. San Bernardino. Ugh. You are probably right about the inner-cities becoming the most desirable. It's largely because middle class whites don't want kids while minorities, immigrants, and the upper class reproduce. |
