I believe they will all stand trial as adults,including the two "minors". I think life without parole is a far harsher punishment than death, because, as Pamela Smart (who is doing life without parole, for masterminding her husband's murder) said, "with the death penalty, at least you know there is an end coming, even if it's an execution." |
