And, if you are trying to follow the law perfectly, it becomes annoying if someone is doing 53 because then it would take a long time to pass and you're next to each other for a longer period of time, which isn't very comfortable. That's why I think a buffer is suitable for passing, say 60. Most officers probably think the same way but I've never seen official signage to that effect. |
