I can think of two situations that should have gotten me killed.Back in the early 70's I buried the needle on my 67 Cougar(120 mph)on that nifty straight strech on the Belt pky between Pennsylvania Ave & Cross Bay Blvd And back in the early 80's I buried the needle on the Clearview Expy at 2:am in my AMC (American made crap) Pacer. Im lucky to be alive to remember that riding in that fishbowl. Haven't seen any of them on the road in a long time BTW. |
