Well if they have realistic speed limits, people will generally go the realistic speed, with only some exceptions.On many roads, the realistic speed is 65-75, and that's what most people go. It's not like if they raised it to 65 or 70 all of a sudden people will start going 85. Everyone passes someone in NY when they are in fact going the speed limit because 55 is a completely unrealistic speed limit. |
