Posted by gp38/r42 chris on Wed Dec 1 10:29:48 2010, in response to Re: Atheist Billboard At Lincoln Tunnel Approach, posted by RIPTA42HopeTunnel on Wed Dec 1 10:00:32 2010. i feel like it a out how i feel about all religion. people can believe anything they want, but the Bible was written by a bunch of drunks cooped up in a room somewhere, some in various states of mental stability. we have 'prophets' today too...but today we call them 'nuts'. just imagine how 'Jesus' would be looked at the corner of 7th and 31st...or 'Abraham' at Union Square....or 'Moses' walking through a subway car professing about the stone he is carrying. Yes, we see 'biblical' figures every day in the presesnt too...and if we had the mentality of fourth world countries and no technology today, they would be written about in 'scrpture' too.... |
