Or transfer. Read that? Building settlements for Israelis to live, outside of Israel's borders, is effectively transferring part of the population. ergo, they're in clear violation. "And Israel is not an occupied territory; it is a sovereign state." Who said anything about Israel being an 'occupied territory'? The West Bank and gaza Strip, however, ARE occupied territories. |
