Adults are free to drink it, just not sell it to unsuspecting consumers that presume that it is safe because the business license is there. Maybe a compromise would be to have a warning sign that lists the activities that the government believes to be unsafe.This kind of reminds me of the duck controversy in authentic Chinese restaurants. They typically cook duck at a lower temperature than allowed by the Board of Health and frequently get fined. But they say that's what their customers want and if they raise the temperature their customers consider the duck ruined. |
