I have NEVER used "Mexican" as a synonym for "Hispanic". I am sure some people do, but that is NOT what happened in that thread, regardless of the picture Mr Jones is trying to portray.

The angry tone of your post made me think otherwise.

Mr Jones manufactured that in his own self righteous high horse as he's looking for something to be offended at. Calling someone who is a Mexican is not a racial slur.

You're the one on the high horse acting like what you said and the way you said it couldn't possibly offend a non-Mexican Hispanic person reading the post.
