In the World Cup these guys are playing for COUNTRY and not for wealthy clubs where the rich players are mercenaries and can be from anywhere. That's for the other 47 months. It's why I watch hockey at the Olympics but not the NHL.It's greatly satisfying to see some tiny country like Slovenia or some poor place like Ghana make it there. Even the dreaded North Koreans are a Cinderella story. |
