There's a community in Yaphank that was a severe German community back in the 30's. If you are a resident of Park Ave in Yaphank, on your deed in parenthesis, is "Adolf Hitler Drive". Obviously it was changed to Park Ave many MANY years ago, but it still is on the deed, as are any name changes in parenthesis on deeds.No Adolfs, but there are 19 people named Hitler with telephone listings in the United States.
