I don't know if there will be a migration back, but I can definitely see a smaller percentage moving to Florida. The baby boomers that are retiring now were the ones that started reversing the city to suburb trend in the 80's so I expect that many of them will retire in cities. Still with so many more retiring, Florida could still be booming even with a smaller percentage. |
