GLADLY trade him for Lieberman. Heh.

As far as filibuster goes, I *want* that to remain an option. Despite Obama's kind mention of the 106 year old WOMAN from Atlanta, he STILL has refused to take a stand on SEXISM, and all the nasty shit Donna Brazile and the "blog-bombers" dropped on PUMA and the Hillary supporters throughout the campaign. Had Obama apologized for the sexism and the refusal to pay women on his staff the SAME amount he paid penises, then he COULD have broken 60% of the vote in his favor. BIGGEST mistake Obama EVER made was to not apologize to those Hillary supporters.

The wife voted for Cynthia McKinney over this. :(

McCain DID make an offer, Obama SHOULD consider it and appoint him to a major position - if not SD, then perhaps NATO or some other options. Sure the governor of AZ is a democrat, but somehow given the YEOMAN work McCain did this year, and KNOWING what the ego of a politician is, if *I* were him, much like Hillary, if something BETTER and more involved were offered, last thing I'd want to do is go back to being a clocker on the minority side of the house. McCain's ego could be stroked, Obama's ego could be stroked and more importantly, AMERICA would have VALID expertise to help guide us out of the harbor, to sea. I think McCain would be a TREMENDOUS asset ... and I *believe* that his patriotism is real and would likely TAKE it. Assuming it's actually OFFERED.

Clock has been reset ... we're ALL Americans now ... until the day Obama screws up ... until THEN, we GOTTA get to work on this shit! :(
