This is slightly unrelated, but since a beam of light, theoretically shined from the surface of the black hole, perpendicular to the tangent, cannot escape the gravitational pull, doesn't that mean that light isn't the ultimate speed? That an object enetering it further away would come back to the black hole at a higher speed, UNLESS, the light exits the black hole, but experiences super red shift, meaning the wavelength becomes so long, it is undetectable? |
