It's relevant because a judge is sticking his nose in it and could set a bizarre precedent. Judges are supposed to be educated. We can't even use descriptive terms for colors in any phrase anymore?As for the dumb part, is it possible that they thought that he said "black ho"? I can see that happening with a southern accent involved Bigoted statement on your part. You're fully aware that there was no misunderstanding over the word "hole". |
