No one responding on any of the sources on the internet has concurred that "black hole" is racistMaybe they won't. Maybe they will. I didn't say anything in regards to that. Are you "overreacting", or just reading stuff into what I say that is not there? You like telling people they are making "crazy talk"? That's one sharp shovel you got. How many He obviously doesn't know why a black hole is called a black hole. He thinks that it was called black because it's bad instead of being called black because light supposedly can't escape How is it obvious? It was made clear to him what a black hole is, and he still called it racist afterwards. Most likely, he knew what it was before the phrase reached his ears from the white commissioner's mouth. The fact that it was more than one person jumping on the white commissioner bespeaks an obvious racist agenda, OTOH (and if you think that judges are so educationally deficient as to at least be aware that a black hole is a phenomenon that occurs in outer space, then perhaps you ought to re-examine your assessment of the situation). Now you're a mind reader? I should have asked you that question when you said that Commissioner Wiley was "obviously . . . ignorant" of the meaning of the phrase "black hole". It's not obvious that Wiley was unaware of what it is. So don't project. |
