That is why the Republican Party has an opportunity to answer the call and work like hell to bring African-Americans into our party. Jobs, educational opportunities, recruiting blacks to run for office in our party, that and showing them that action speak louder than words. The Democrats have taken blacks for granted for decades now while we twiddle our thumbs, talk in platitudes and make little progress with them. We have an opportunity now since many AA see that party for what it is. We must not blow this opportunity. |
