I doubt very much that will happen. Trump is far from a Mussolini and Franco in addition to very far from Hitler. Equating Trump to all those mass murderers and not sticking to the issues is just another example of desperation by Harris and her people to win in November.
Besides, Trump did a 180 in 2016 by not going after Hillary for what she had on and did to her server when he said he would but didn't. Currently, This is just another example of Trump's bluster.
If I'm wrong, then if there's no "evidence of a crime" those people have nothing to worry about
