I would think that "demonstrating" is a less serious offense than trespassing, not a more serious offense.In any case, you say the government recommended no jail time for what was clearly a minor crime. I was responding to an assertion by mtk that there was no evidence of a crime for these people. But there was evidence of a minor crime, and they were convicted of a minor crime, and they got a sentence that was reasonable for a minor crime. So I'm not seeing in the slightest how these people were treated unjustly, which is what mtk claims. |
