All those disruptions were gradual.The WFH disruption is also gradual for most affected businesses, like real estate developers and banks. They are only sudden for a very small portion of the economy, like (some but not all) providers of midtown lunchtime meals. The Grand Central Market is doing decently. Last time I looked, the lower level food court was also doing just fine. |
