LOL! He didn’t answer anything substantive at that “Town Hall.” He just spewed force his usual lies. He doesn’t ever say anything useful or meaningful. It’s not an ability to communicate, it’s an ability to demagogue. He has no ability at fact retention at all, since he never answers with facts.

Biden doesn’t have to good at debates. It’s not what a president does.
