The government of the United States provided that Joseph R. Biden Jr. was elected president and would take office on 1/20/21 at 12PM EST. Trump tried to prevent that and ensure that he stay as president after that time. That’s the overthrow. So because they were planning a usurpation that would have taken practica effect at a later time that makes it A-OK? |
