yes.

White northern Europeans of Germanic and Scandinavian descent are the main voters in Minnesota and Wisconsin too. They are evolved to think like their distant relatives across the Atlantic.

This is why these ethnic groups are so liberal regardless of what country they're in. It's some kind of genetic mutation.
