Islip on Long Island hosted nationally televised FIGURE 8 RACES for years. ***S*U*I*C*I*D*E***R*A*C*I*N*G*** NASCAR IS FOR PUSSIES. My brother used to look forweard to the ISLIP races on Wide World of Sports when we were kids back in the days of ERIE LACKAWANNA.
