That's a ridiculous notion, especially since the other being is a human being and you're denying that being's rights by siding with abortion. Government exists to protect people's rights, and to equate natural motherhood with parasitism (parasites kill and eat the host) is what is false and abhorrent, never mind not defining unborn people as non-human and thus having no rights.
