False equivalency. The diseases are rarely fatal even if they do hit the reverse lottery and get them. On a statistical basis? 100% of aborted late term fetuses die, percent of "religious exemption" unvaccinated kids dying is a small enough number that whenever it happens it makes nationwide news.
