Oh wait, you're talkin about the kid in Ohio who was adult-sized, was filmed on video pointing the facsimile firearm at people's heads, and who got 911 called on him specifically stating that he is pointing what looks to be a firearm at people's heads? Well, he made a youthful mistake and he paid for it
