They'll be no forcloseures over this, unless someone was close to foreclosure before this . The banks aren't in the real estate business. Banks nowadays will bend over backwards to avoid foreclosure. They'll work with anybody who wants to work with them. Most banks have enough dead loans on their books. They don't need any more. Its the other things like utilities, car payments, house maintenance, vet bills and, but not least, food expenses thats going to hurt.This can't go on too much longer. Somebody has to blink. |
