I remember one chief the Commissioner had it in for, back in my EMS days. The FC got BITS to trump up charges against the man, that were complete fairy tales. I know that because I was there. They hounded him out of the department just eight months shy of his retirement date, and wouldn't let him put in his papers. The system is wide open to manipulation. |
