Judaism accepts all experimentally proven facts and observations of the theory of evolution. Those theories in evolution which have not been scientifically proven are not accepted by Judaism.The struggle between faith and evolution as espoused by Darwin was an issue with the Catholic Church, not Judaism. That's why in the 1940's, scientists modernized Darwin’s theory. They proposed fundamental changes and developed the modern theory of evolution, currently known as the neo-Darwinian theory. |
