Yeah, and how is Islam working for women in that regard. Oh wait, they are too busy getting beaten, forced to stay in the house unless a male relative goes with her, and forced to wear a torture outfit which only allows her eyes to show.And it's not just the extremists either. Even if they have the scarfs that show their face, less "extreme" perhaps, but I remember a seemingly normal "American" Muslim talking about a house he bought, but they had to enclose the kitchen with doors to close (as opposed to open), as "if visitors came, they couldn't see his wife cooking in the kitchen". I mean really. |
