A law that hints (or says) that you can deny service to black people bolsters the cultural understanding that racism is normal and being a racist is socially acceptable,

The law has NOTHING to do with race. Again, being gay is not a race.

which in turn makes people more inclined to nullify when a white man kills a black man.
