“When the Texas Legislature convened not one but two special sessions in order to pass a bill that would require that all abortion providers adhere to medically unnecessary regulations and hospital-admitting privileges, they said they were concerned about women's health,” Whole Woman's Health CEO Hagstrom Miller said during a telephone news conference. “They lied.”
