Boy, you just keep scoring zero. Dan Lawrence has pulled away so far ahead of you that he's disappeared over the hill in front of you!So ... for the umpteenth time, let's get this straight. As far as the teeyay went, I never got fired. I was SUSPENDED without pay pending an investigation. How did the investigation turn out? I was EXONERATED! That's right, I was invited back! But during that suspension, I found a better job doing what I wanted to do more than hang out with pinheads like you. I went into radio. And it paid better! So maybe you're trying to say I got fired from the Department of Public Service. Nope ... wrong again! After 10 years of being a useful engineer at the NYS Commission on Cable Television, the agency was abolished by ... (drum roll, please) Padre Cuomo in a deal with Senate republicans because he got tired of their bitching that they weren't getting enough camera time on the NY-SCAN channel we operated. And so, after bingbong shamed Cuomo for "throwing all those people down the elevator shaft" Cuomo had the Department of Public Service take in the entire staff of the Cable Commission into THEIR agency. I spent a little over a year there, discovered that they weren't the least bit interested in engineering, it's an agency of lawyers and to hell with engineering stuff. So we started a software company, and I officially RETIRED from the agency back in 1997, but didn't take my pension. Not fired there either. And you're wrong about the pension amount too, it's less than that. Unlike your selfish self, I took the plan that throws my 12 years of service pittance that ensures that bingbong gets paid for life if something happens to me. Unlike yourself, I don't NEED that money but you don't get any more money if you wait past age 62, so I took it. Finally, I'm not a republican. I have no issue with government paying pension in lieu of shit salaries while in government service. It is YOU who are a republican, pissing and moaning about "takers" and "big government" and all the pension "reform" that your party stands for. So once again, your score: *ZERO* and thanks for playing. |
