No I'm not wrong at allLOL! SOME states LATER imposed laws on them, but at the Federal level there is no requirement for them to follow them (you see, Federal law supersedes state laws) Contradicted yourself. Where no federal law exists, states are free to make their own laws. How can a nonexistent law be supreme to anything? |
