No I'm not wrong at all. I stated that the Constitution does not mandate electors vote according to any pattern, that they are free to vote as they wish. SOME states LATER imposed laws on them, but at the Federal level there is no requirement for them to follow them (you see, Federal law supersedes state laws).Perhaps you ought to take some time and comprehend a book about about our government. A head full of facts means nothing without understanding. You have none. |
