My sister is a doctor - she says she has read studies that compare the US and UK health care systems. They found they were relatively comparable on average. The UK killed about the same percentage of people through rationing as the US system killed through just not giving them any medical care at all.Canada is probably quite a bit better than the UK, but by no means ideal. |
