But there are MANY neighborhoods that are NOT the right neighborhoods. THAT is my point. Every building isn't in Park Slope or Williamsburg. There are plenty of DECENT always nice neighborhoods where market rent would NOT ALLOW $2000. A railroad apartment in a neighborhood with block after block of railroad apartments will not allow $2000 rent no matter how nice you make it. That's not saying a neighborhoood is not goood....far from it.....but market rent is still market rent. |
