Who would spend $50000 on one apartment to get a $900 stabilized apartment to $2000....where everything else at market rent is renting at $1400 or at most $1600?I WOULD if it's the right neighborhood. What "everything else" is renting for is only a snapshot of that neighborhood's rental market is in November 2013, not in November 2016. |
