Insuring gun owners are competent to use the fucking thing? Do you think the public should bear the risk of the inept shooting up the neighborhood willy-nilly?Mandating responsibility from gun owners is just as necessary. Don't you get that there's a public safety risk involved? How safe was the segment of the public watching that movie last year? Be that insurance and/or registration and training, it's got to be done. I have a right to be free from gun violence and to know where gun owners around my home are. |
