We need some people that recognize it's not 18/1950 anymore. We need people concerned with maintaining and expanding citizens' rights. We need people that understand that fiscal responsibility involves bringing in revenue necessary to spend for good government functioning. We need people that understand that the private sector cannot do it alone, and that there are many needs the private sector is NOT suited to deliver. We need people who understand that the Constitution was intended to be responsive in a time where reality was nothing close to what its creators imagined.None of those traits exist within the republican party. |
