That may address coverage for those with pre-existing conditions and those too old to afford coverage but does not address the millions, as we find out,of insufficient and scam insurers out there. Turns out that's a bigger problem than the pre-existing conditions. These policies didn't pay claims, had high recision rates and the policyholder left facing real medical bills ended up in bankruptcy. ACA wasn't about one problem alone. |
